(Service to the Landlords)

Generally, it includes property management service, lease management service and financial management service.

On the pre move-in stage (property management service), LandIn will;

• make payment to all the related fee of your property

• coordinate with the repairing and maintenance of your property

• hire a maid to keep your property in a good and clean condition

• introduce your property to all the agents to lease out it as soon as possible

On the Post Move-in stage (lease management service), LandIn will;

• negotiate with the tenant (tenant’s agent) on the terms and conditions of the leasing agreement

• confirm all the related documents on behalf of you

• assist with furnishing and appliances of your property

• execute leasing agreement and assist all the legal conflicts

• assist tenant check in and check out

Regarding as financial management service, LandIn will;

• Collect rental and security deposit as attorney of you

• issue the official rental invoice to the tenant on behalf of you

• credit the net deposit and rental into your bank account after the rental being paid by tenant
